Hi! My name is Makayla Torrey. I’m a sophomore studying general engineering with a focus in architectural design and minors in construction management and writing. When I’m not buried in engineering paper or electrical circuits, you can find me at the Career and Internship Center, helping students kickstart their careers. I’m also deeply involved in student government, where I serve as a senator and chair the Judiciary Committee. It’s a blast working with such motivated peers to make a difference on campus. But when I need a break from all things engineering, I dive into fiction writing. Whether I’m crafting my own stories or getting lost in a novel, it’s my go-to creative outlet.
